hot spot of an icon loaded by kmz overlay is not centered

Looks like the hot spot (real location) of Placemark icons loaded from kmz file as an overlay is positioned at the lower end of the image, makes the icon look above the geographic location.



Default behavior should set the hot spot in the center of the image and use the <hotSpot> settings in the <IconStyle> of the kml file for other locations

The app always was drawing the icons using middle-bottom position.



Added the center position for next version.
