Could it be possible to access to maps from http://www.thunderforest.com/">http://www.thunderforest.com/ site and more specially to the Outdoors: http://www.thunderforest.com/outdoors/">http://www.thunderforest.com/outdoors/ ?

I added the following section in onlinemapsources.xml file and it works

Did you manage to get the Thunderforest Outdoors maps to download for offline use? Although by adding that I can view them, the Map Creator (and resume download) option is not displayed.

on latest orux maps 7.0.17 I can't create map anymore. Same there? Any workaround?
