Oruxmaps does not auto-create GPX file for short tracks

I have enabled the setting to automatically create a GPX file when I finish a track. Normally this works well. However, if the track is very short, Oruxmaps first prompts me saying that the track is short, and do I want to keep or delete it. If I choose Keep, it saves the track in the database, but does not create the GPX file.

I can manually export the short track to a GPX file, but it does not happen automatically as it does for normal length tracks.
