My beta expired and I do not see any possibility to dw another beta. What's the plan?

Why is there no SOS function in the donate Version?

News v.7.4.12:

Now Ive got another problem:

For a few days I get an error message, when livetracking is started:

Mapmytracks error: unautherised

Is that only my problem or is it a problem on the Mapmytracks side?

Manual upload from Oruxmaps to Mapmytracks works fine.

I use now https://www.mapmytracks.com/api">https://www.mapmytracks.com/api

It should be ok, because a manual upload uses the same

URL.

Meanwhile I was told that my friends have the same Problem.

The API should work with free accounts.

Can you try the following please from the command line? -

> curl --user testapiuser:Password123 --data request=get_time http://www.mapmytracks.com/api/">http://www.mapmytracks.com/api/

and: -

> curl --user testapiuser:Password123 --data "request=get_activities&author=testapiuser" http://www.mapmytracks.com/api/">http://www.mapmytracks.com/api/

testuserapi is a free user with 1 public activity. The first call should authenticate and reply with the server time. The second call should draw out that 1 public activity.

Livetracking via MapMyTracks is ok again.

I was told that the problem was caused by a faulty API version.

Beta expired, no new beta.

Orux, please remove the expiration time of the beta. At least it would be fair for people like us who test the app. (otherwise it would be just more convenient to stick with the official version, but then no beta tester would be available.)
