En la beta 13, al iniciar el Ant+, me pide seleccionar tipo de sensor a conectar aunque tengo tildado para que conecte automáticamente los sensores ya registrados.

After seeing the new settings in Oruxmaps and then your post, I just bought myself these sensors. At first glance they look like having good quality.



Now I have two questions - can you help me there: (The user manual does not help)



1. Can the batteries be exchanged, or does one have to re-buy sensors every 3-5 years? The user manual says nothing about that, and I can see no obvious way how to replace them. I could actually live with that but I wonder why the vendor is silent about this.



2. Can I test them for functionality before inserting them into the tires? I need to be sure that the distances are no problem with my motor home. I removed the inner cap and pressed on the movable pin within to simulate pressure change but my smartphone (Galaxy S7) did not find any bluetooth devices.

En la última beta (16) que probé ayer por primera vez me he encontrado una anomalía que no me había ocurrido hasta ahora y que tratando de reproducir en la versión donate no encuentro. Esta anomalía tampoco la reproduzco todo el rato. Cuando sucede es la primera vez que activo el gps y es que cuando fija los satélites y pita el teléfono, observo como en el Cuadro de mandos, en el parámetro de precisión gps veo como el parámetro primero de error de metros fluctuá a una velocidad excesiva (5-10-5-10 p.ej) y no veo tal oscilación en el número de satélites. Con esta anomalía me ocurre que salgo a correr y en unos 200m ya me esta cantando el primer km. El error no desaparece hasta que no desactivo y activo nuevamente el gps en Oruxmaps. Esto me ocurrió ayer por primera vez y nuevamente hoy. Esta mañana sin embargo lo he probado y ha funcionado de manera correcta. Hoy, después de venir de correr, he conseguido reproducirlo y grabarlo en video al pie de una ventana y teniendo partida la pantalla con GPS Status en la otra ventana para comparar.

El teléfono es un BQ M5 actualizado a la versión 7.1.2, que casualmente ha tenido una nueva actualización de esa misma versión esta semana, pero que hasta ahora ha funcionado de manera correcta. En la configuración del gps tengo ya desde hace años Tiempo mínimo en 0seg. Distancia mínima en 5m. y GPS mínima precisión en 20m.

En los tracks de esta anomalía se observa que yendo en un único sentido graba un recorrido que va hacia delante y hacia atrás.

Te dejo un link donde hay un video comparando Oruxmaps con GPS Status en pantalla partida y los tracks de ayer y hoy con la anomalía.

En esa versión incorporo un nuevo proveedor de localizaciones, que utiliza los servicios de google, pero que solo se debería activar si has seleccionado configuración-->sensores-->GPS-->PROVEEDOR LOCALIZACIONES FUSIONADO.



Si lo tienes seleccionado, es posible que el tlf esté usando dos fuentes de localización, por ejemplo GPS y de antenas wifi, u otros. El problema en este caso es que la app no sabe si vienen o no del GPS, android no se lo dice a la app. Lo extraño es que estos datos indiquen velocidad, que es el criterio que usa la app para 'deducir' si vienen del GPS.



¿Tienes ese ajuste seleccionado?

Algo se ha quedao 'enganchao', me da que se han quedado ambos sistemas dando datos, por eso tienes ese problema, en los gpx veo dos datos consecutivos de posicionamiento, en el mismo segundo, con valores de altura muy diferentes. Prueba a forzar el cierre de la app. Deja ese ajuste sin seleccionar.



Ese proveedor no proporciona dato de nº de satélites, pero sí debe dar valor de precisión.

I tested the new version and the composite maps (mapsforge map + hillshading). Works fine and fast on my Nexus 4, even with complex algorithm and very high resolution.



Unfortunately, I cannot add an OTRK map to the composite map (like the world maps from openandromaps.org), they simply do not show up in the map selection list.

What I want in the end is a composite map, where I have the following maps in: World (OTRK, zoom 0-9), Local map (Mapsforge, zoom 10-21), hillshading (zoom 10-16). Is that somehow possible?

I think the onlinemapsources.xml is right, check if you have edited it accidentally. Remove the file, then restart the app. A new file should be created.



The app parses both xml files, the default map list, and your customized map list.

Orux, supongo que en la última versión de la de Donar esta corregido el tema del proveedor de localización? Yo desde luego he tratado de reproducir la anomalía y no lo consigo.

Observo ahora que cuando activo el GPS en el parametro de precisión del GPS inicia con unos datos en rojo de 1000(--)m, que posteriormente cambia a 1000(0)m para pasar luego a p.ej 10(0)m, 10(10)m y luego, en ocasiones, en esos primeros 5 a 10 seg. que le cuesta estabilizar la posición volver a dar algún 1000(xx)m. Pero ya te digo que desde luego no observo la anomalía que te comente en la beta. A ver si tengo un rato y la puedo probar saliendo a correr y a ver si funciona igual de bien que en lo que he probado hasta ahora simplemente activando y desactivando el GPS.
