Will OruxMaps be usefull 480x320 screen?

I am using OruxMaps for quite some time for offline navigation (MTB in remote regions), but I am sick of using my bulky phone. I want to buy a 2.4" phone and mount it on bike, but I have no clue if OruxMaps will be usefull at this resolution (or if it will work at all). Can someone help me out?

the app was born when all devices had that resolution.
