Bearing remains in degrees even when mils is selected

I selected 'Mils (°°)" as bearing unit in the global setting.

This works for the bearing to the next waypoint.

The bearing from my location to the center of the screen/cursor remains in degrees.

My assumption is, that this bearing should also be in Mils.
