What does the magnifying glass with 100@12 mean?

I recently started using Oruxmap, and I just cannot figure out what the numbers mean next to the magnifying glass mean on the bottom dashboard when looking at a map with no tracks loaded. I know it has something to do with the zoom level, as the second number changes when I zoom in or out, but I cannot figure out what exactly it translates into?
