Hi everybody, nowadays are increasingly available high-resolution DEM data.

Is there a way to take advantage of these data with Oruxmaps?

You can put them in the appropriate folder and see the elevation in the dashboard.

The problem is understanding what DEM hires format Oruxmaps digests. Today I made a proof with geographic coord (lat/long) - WGS84 datum BIL (renamed to DEM) + HDR files and all seems work fine. But I have to see better.

What DEMs are you talking about? I have a fetish for them. Almost. Seriously, are those publicly available? Many thanks

My province (Trentino, Italy) provides 2 sets of public data: the first at 10 meters step (1996),  the second at 1 meter (2008). If you need I provide the links. The second is a bit heavy
