old beta version

Hola Orux, primero felicitarte por tu gran programa, es un imprescindible, bueno al grano. Normalmente uso la versión donate pero sufrí un accidente y me veía en la necesidad de usar alguna app para avisar a la parienta en caso de accidente por el monte y la beta me viene que ni pintada, el problema es que el servicio de SMS SOS no hay manera de que funcione, da error y cierra la app, tanto en el modo creando track como en el de prueba, he probado a cambiar la app para sms y nada. Tengo un Sony Z1 compact con Android 5

0.2 y rooteado.

Hola Orux, primero felicidades por el programa, es un imprescindible, normalmente uso la versión donate pero me interesa mucho el tema del mensaje de SOS y me he pasado a la beta, en mi Z1 compact con lollipop cada vez que intenta mandar el sms provoca un error y se cierra, tanto en probar mensaje  como en modo grabando track.

Por cierto alguien sabe algo de Orux? Llevamos meses con la última beta y no se le ve mucho por aquí tampoco. Espero que esté bien.

I have organized my different themes in three different folders OAM, ELV, and Tiramisu. When I open mapsforge theme, I don't see the different folders, but a list of the appropriate files in all folders. Is this intended design ?

It is. Unless you aren't seeing all the themes it is working. It is much faster and user friendly than before. It's the same interface that has been used since a while for map selection ("switch map here").

With the offical release I can't get theme switching working on my Galaxy S6. It works perfectly with the beta version; that's the reason I installed the beta. I'm teaching a GPS course with OruxMaps as the navigation application, showing among many other things the advantages of theme switching. The next course is scheduled for mid January next year. Would it be reasonable to assume that by then the beta has been released?

One thing I noticed recently: when I try to import a GPX/KML file in manage tracks/routes, I can't check the boxes on the right border because the scrollbar appears.

La última beta se instala como una aplicación diferente. Es por algún motivo en especial?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6. When I select a GPX-Route, I get presented the contents of the tracklogs folder. However I can not load any of the displayed tracks. When I select an entry, teh entry is highlighted somwehat, but nothing happens.



I had a similar problem with themes in the official release, so I switched to the beta, where it works perfectly with Oruxmaps using a different design/implementation for theme selection.



Tow questions:



1. Has anybody got track loading working on an S6 ?

2. Would it be conceivable to implement the same design (as in maps and themes) for tracks?
