Overlay with img files

I'm new to this forum and I'm using Oruxmaps occasionally for 2 months on a Samsung tablet.

I still have TTQV V4 as my main GPS database.



One of the best map features in TTQV is that you can open a raster map (for instance an ECW file) and load a Mapsource overlay in the same map view. This way you have the best of the two words (raster and vector).



Would it be possible to load IMG files as overlay in Oruxmaps ? Currently you can only open a KML file as an overlay.
