Split a track after saving into multiple tracks

Is it possible to split a track into multiple tracks after it has been saved?  I have recorded 10 days non-stop with multiple waypoints and waypoint images and the file is too large (23Mb) to be imported into Google Maps (where the file limit is 5Mb).  Segments were not used when creating this track.

Hi, You must use a PC tool, do google 'split kmz tool' or similar.
