Contour lines on Hike'n Bike OpenAndroMaps

I'm a new user of OruxMaps on a Mobi G6 Plus phone. Please forgive me if I'm asking elementary questions - I've spent several hours searching.

I've downloaded and installed the Mapsforge Oruxmaps_V4 for Australia_NSW_VIC from

http://www.openandromaps.org/en/downloads/australia-newzealand-oceania">www.openandromaps.org/en/downloads/australia-newzealand-oceania



1. I've downloaded the DEM files. How do I get shading (Apply Hill Shadows is checked)?

2. Most important: how to I get contour lines?

3. Openandromaps says that "maps from this site need a Rendertheme". Is this required when using OruxMaps?
