Folders "Load KML / GPX and Manage tracks / roads ?

Hello,

In the Track menu, there is:

1) Load KML / GPX file

2) Search road

3) Create

4) Manage track / road

5) Track settings



I can see the folder "trackslogs" which includes "made tracks"

For against what file or is the tracks that understand "Manage / roads
