Track disappeared

Today I went for my morning run, all went well, until I tried to view my track to upload it to strava. On the tracks folder there was no track, I could see it in the map, but it wasn't in tracks tab. So I thought that if I started a new track it would be saved and then appear there, I did it and now it disappeared for good. Is there any way to recover it and save it as GPX?
