Can not create offline map

A few weeks ago, I changed a Samsung Galaxy note to a Samsung Galaxy note 4.

On my new device, I can not create offline map from online maps. I don't manage to define an area where I want to download offline. The pointer doesn't work on the smartphone screen when I want to select the first point.

Did someone already have this problem?

Any idea how to fix the problem?
