I often ride my MTB fast while consulting Oruxmaps on the smartphone attached to my handlebar.

I'd like to record facts about the road to later incorporate into OSM.

Things like "vineyard on the right", "hiking path marked blue".

It would be great if I could record a geo-tagged message, hands-free, using Oruxmaps.

I'd put it in a shortcut button on the screen.
