Difference between average speed and avg speed mov?

Hi, Can someone explain what the difference between average speed and average speed mov is in statistics menu? I looked in the manual but couldn't find any description. There is usually about a 2 mph difference between the two when I track, thanks.

'avg speed mov' doesn't use the time you are not in movement; because of that, it must be equal or greater than the other avg speed,
