Transfer preferences to another device

Hello,



I would like to save and transfer preferences to another device. I try to save the profile, copy the preferences/4.2/om2_com.orux.oruxmaps_preferences.xml to the other device and then select restore profile. The preferences are however not updated (position of the buttons over the map for instance).



What's the correct procedure?

Hello;



create a new profile from your default profile, with a different name. Then save/restore that profile in the new device.



It is not possible to overwrite the default preferences in some android versions,

Podrías valorar incluir la opción de copiar/restaurar las preferencias en/desde la nube. En servicios tipo drive, dropbox,...
