Blank tiles on Greenwich meridian

I'm getting blank tiles on the Greenwich meridian (0°W) using Mapsforge maps of Great Britain from either OAM or Freizeitkarte with the default theme (and others that work with, for example, Locusmaps, Cruiser, Cartograph). If I use a fzk theme these tiles render correctly.
This behaviour occurs with both the free version and the beta.

Update: strangely, I find that my custom themes have all been corrupted in the same way, with an erroneous line just before the end. Correcting that removed the error with all those themes.
The error persists with the default theme.
