I would like to know the connection between 62.171.174.133 (4umaps.eu) server to 195.37.132.70 (tiles.openseamap.org) server?
In addition, why each server gives different geographic tiles? I have been looking on http requests sniffing.

Also, I would like if the user has the option to synchronize his data with the server?
