English manual version 8

I am a new user. I have downloaded the English language version for version 8. The PDF does NOT show page numbers. There is a detailed table of contents with page numbers, so I assume the numbers have not survivied the 'print' to PDF.
Also, since I am learning how to use Orux from the manual I would be happy to provide additions and clarifications, but it is not obvious to me how I should do this. Could someone advise?

I am from India....hope you are enjoying the Oruxmaps. I am using this application since 2016. I make tutorial in you tube.
For your help I have a PDF in which you can get links of my video for a particular tool. You can skip the video as indicated in PDF.
I hope it will be beneficial for learning about the various tools and using Oruxmaps too.
