Moving the map with a pinch only?

Hello, everyone.

I'm not sure if it has always been like that, but now if I'd like to move the map to any direction, I have to pinch with two fingers and then to drag it to the desired direction. I really prefer using dragging with one finger only, like usually offered in maps apps, google, bing, etc, Any solution for me?

You must have locked some gestures (you should see a padlock on the status bar).

Unlock gestures, more button-->unlock screen,
