Android Scoped Storage: Allow access to internalstorage/Android/media

Hello

It would be a nice feature, if OruxMap were able to access the folders in the path "sdcard/Android/media" on Android Phones. So it would be possible to share maps with other apps like Locus, c:geo and other apps that can use Mapsforge maps.
As I understand it, this should be possible with scoped storage and the new API30.
