Keymap builder bug since v.9.5.0.GP

Hi

Before V950Gp it was working fine but since V950GP also V960GP have introduced the following bug:

Settings->Application->Assign actions to keys->Keymap builder

- you can add keymap but you can NOT delete current assigned keymaps. When you try to delete, the system ask for database permanently delete  confirmaton, them when you ask yes or not nothing occurs and the keymap can not be deleted .
