If it's not already done, it may be time to check what HR Belt are compatible ? Christmas arrives  8-)

And also to know if it does not work, wether it's a phone or a system (android version) issue ? Do i need, for example, android 4.3 and bluetooth 4 to have Polar H7 working ?

Resellers says that it's working only with iOs phones   . On the old forum, I've read that the latest version of oruxmaps support it, but does it necessary need android 4.3 and bluetooth 4 ?

Polar H7 (bluetooth BLE) with Android 4.3 (and now 4.4) on Nexus4: work with latest Oruxmaps version.



With this combo it's better to turn off wifi. otherwise there is a lot of disconnection. It seems also that most apps are unable to reconnect once connection is lost.

Oruxmaps miss also battery level indicator (BLEheartmonitor have it).
