Current Slope % on dashboard

Hi friends,
I'm using since always the free actual version 7.4.26, and as you can see from the screenshot, I set the current slope in %, but it never worked nor displayed on my dashboard. Could you tell me why, or give me some tip to fix this problem? I don't think it's a problem of smartphone sensor, also because on my dashboard never appeared any indication of current slope, as you can see from the second screenshot... Thanks
