Problem with DEM files (android 14)

Hello, after several years using Oruxmaps, I just bought it on google play.

I have an issue with DEM files, when I store them in oruxmaps directory or in Android/data...oruxmaps, in both path oruxmaps can't find them and I have a message there are missing DEM files (in french) when I want to calculate a topographic path.

The issue is on my phone with android 14.
I've tried the same on a android 13 on a tablet it's working fine.
same with latest beta and google play version.

I reinstalled my phone, everything is fine with Android 13.
Still, some users may face the issue.
