I have downloaded the map Arab-Peninsular_oam.osm.map but it is in arab characters.
How can I get it in english.

Hello, in settings > maps > Mapsforge Maps > default language.

Characters that have English translation will be translated.
On the Openandromaps page, in the map information you can see the languages that have translation.
