Copy Oruxmaps configuration to new smartphone

Hi Oruxmaps experts 

I buyed a new smartphone and want to copy my Oruxmaps configuration from the old to the new one.
The old one is running Android 9, the new one Android 14.

I am using Oruxmaps version 10.7.4GP on both devices.

I tried to copy the configuration with the following steps:
1. installed Oruxmaps on the new device
2. started the Migration of the Oruxmaps App Storage to store the configuration on /sd/oruxmaps (new device)
3. closed oruxmaps
4. copied the oruxmaps folder from the old device to the new device to overwrite the configuration
5. started Oruxmaps again on the new device

Unfortunately Oruxmaps is not using the copied configuration - the layout is different and I cannot find my offline maps

Is there any step missing? Why is it not working?

Hi, look at the app'> storage settings.
Here you'll see the directories that oruxmaps are using on Android 14. Is there where you have your maps placed?
Are you using private memory android / data ? If so, the app does not have access to the SD card.
You have to give access to all the File  . You have the option on that same settings screen.

I found it on the external SD card, not on the internal 

I also found another posilblity to export and import my profile (to export the standard profile you need to duplicate it at first)
