Map Merge

Hi Orux,

Is there a way to merge Orux sqlite maps?

I have a large number of old 19th century maps that I've calibrated and work fine but when I load all (>2000) to my maps directory it takes Oruxmaps an age to load. Ozi mapmerge will only output ozfx3 which Oruxmaps can't read? Any ideas?

Sorry for not answering your question, but I really love old and ancient maps and I seldom calibrate some as well. I like to walk my town and see what was there on my footsteps sixty years ago, or more.

What areas are your maps about? Either case, would you like to share them with a fellow map lover? I love to peek at old maps from the whole world actually. :-)

The latest OZI MAPMERGE will output jpg and/or png files. Unfortunately, this version is not free.



Also check out MAPC2MAPC, again not free, but is indispensable.
