Dutch historical maps from a WMTS service

Defining a WMS service works fine, I have used that on several occasions, for instance with https://geo.rug.nl/image/services/HistorischeKaarten/TMKZwartWit/ImageServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS">https://geo.rug.nl/image/services/Histo ... ervice=WMS">https://geo.rug.nl/image/services/HistorischeKaarten/TMKZwartWit/ImageServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS at the University of Groningen to get a mid 19th century topographic map. (more maps at https://geo.rug.nl/image/rest/services/HistorischeKaarten">https://geo.rug.nl/image/rest/services/ ... cheKaarten">https://geo.rug.nl/image/rest/services/HistorischeKaarten )



Any thoughts on how to get the WMTS service working on OruxMaps? I use OruxMaps v.7.0.2 on Android 8.0.0

For some reason I don't get the WMTS possibility when hitting the "+" button.

(Only Europe >> Freizeitkarte; España >> Mapas IGN; World >> OpenAndroMaps)

I am using OruxMaps v.7.0.2

De ondersteuning voor WMTS-kaartdiensten is pas aanwezig in OruxMaps sinds versie 7.2.8. Je dient een nieuwere versie van de app te installeren.

Oruxmaps werkt prima met de historische kaarten van Topotijdreis zoals die op de site van Arcgis staan. Zelf heb ik ze er in staan met een tussenpoos van steeds 5 jaren.



In English:

Support for WMTS-services is available in OruxMaps from version 7.2.8. You need an update of the app.

OruxMaps handles the Dutch historic maps without problems.
