The distance value for the scale bar for raster maps is about double what it should be. It is ok for vector maps.

I am using raster maps, and the scale is fine.



Which kind of maps (orux, ozi, garmin,...)?

Certain.



Deleted online maps source xml, refreshed a new one, even tried relief map, rebooted so relief map was first map used, the same. Only the openandromap works.



I recorded a reasonably straight track and it's statistics and the ruler tool were close enough.



Using the ruler tool over the vector map, the line drawn to measure the same as the value of the scale bar looked about the same.



When I have any raster, or relief map, I can't draw out a ruler line long enough- it's about double the length and off the screen.
