Offline OSM maps

Dear guru,



Many navigation software have an ability to pre-load some OSM maps and use them offline later. I am just wondering whether Orux has such a feature?

Oruxmaps supports the mapsforge map format.

You can take an OSM planet extract, convert it to a mapsforge map file, add styling to have the map match your visual taste and... use it offline.

Map data from Openstreetmap, enriched by contourlines.

Mapsforge, nice "Elevate-theme" with styles for hiking, city, cycling and mountainbike.
