Multi tracking-cannot connect to server

Hi all,
I use orux 7.4.23 on two devices (friend and me) and want to activate multitracking. However, I cannot connect to the server. This error occurs on the new phone  where I just installed orux and want to register my profile, as well as on the old where I cannot update my friends list. Is this a current problem with the server,  or am I doing sth wrong?
