how to use 256x256 png tiles from .viking-maps on orux?

We have tiles for a large area of interest on our computer used by viking and are trying to find a way to use them with orux on our phone.

Copying the files into /storage/extSdCard/oruxmaps/mapfiles to a folder displays the folder name but when selected it then displays a folder named 17, which is the zoom level of the tiles, and selecting that folder then displays the X numbered folders for each column, and selecting one of the columns displays each individual tile .png image.

What must we do to make all these tiles usable by orux? There are a total of 357 tiles in the area we are trying to map.

We've googled and found no understandable answer, so thanks in advance for any helpful info.
